https://www.myassetmanagementplan.com provides a single point of reference for all of your premises related documents and allows you to store and track the updating of the necessary paperwork to ensure that risk of non-compliance is effectively and efficiently managed.
Each of the user groups is assigned a “super user” who manages the individual accounts for individual or multiple properties and responsibilities are assigned to ensure ownership of the individual elements contained within the web app. Specific notifications are given on a daily basis by e-mail and within the dashboard to advise on pending and overdue actions, which are summarised at the specific user level so a live picture is provided at all time. Documents can be downloaded and amended before being uploaded with notifications being made to the relevant users that the necessary actions have been completed. The information can be accessed on computers, laptops, tablets and smart phones allowing every user associated with a property to be in full control at all times.
Relevant fund raising opportunities will also be provided that will support with the completion of any asset related works that are identified.
The number of users is growing quickly and as a free resource to 1st Planner’s existing Clients provides a huge amount of value to their Asset Management function. This portal is Phase 1 of a 3 stage project that is being supported by Invest to Grow, which has provided both Loan and Grant funding to allow 1st Planner Ltd. to realise it’s vision of how efficient and effective asset management can be achieved through technical innovation.
Phase 2 will take this document storage and tracking portal and turn it into an interactive reporting tool that will allow for sufficiency, suitability and condition reports to be generated and updated from existing data sets.
Phase 3 will allow for the collection and collation of sufficiency, suitability and condition data, which will revolutionise the way in which we utilise and manage our existing and future assets.
The completion of Phase 2 will be January 2017 and Phase 3 will be June 2017.
